Artistic on all sides, Sonam Kaloti has worked for over a year at the Other Press newspaper as the Arts Editor, with occasional weekly contributions creative writing contributions and illustrations to other sections. With a few semesters of Creative Writing studies under her belt, she has had poetry and song lyrics published in Pearls 39—an anthology of creative works by Douglas College students—and has won poem of the month at the college, being posted across both campuses. ​
